The Springdale Cemetery Management Authority meets the third Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM in the Volunteer building of the Cemetery. This is an open meeting and the public is welcomed.

The management authority is comprised of nine members appointed by each of the municipal bodies. Appointees by
the City of Peoria are Bruce Thiemann, Kent A Rotherham, Suzanne Love Smith. Peoria County representatives are Bernie Thieben and Jeanette Hillyer. The Peoria Park district has appointed Matt Ryan and Patti Sterling Polk. Representing the Springdale Historic Preservation Foundation is Allen Andrews and Tom Luthy.
